[Event] ZHvidII The second guild video

This is not associated with anything official gPotato stuff, but we would be ready if they ever make a new guild video event. There's so deadline for this, but let's try to make it happen this year. Keep the tempo and effort up, so we don't lose the drive or fall off the track.

So what is it we're going to make? It's pretty much a blank slate. A guild video.
This thread will be our workshop, so bring everything relevant here.

Blow the dust off the creativity machine and get busy

• Share raw material like pictures, video clips and audio
  
• Share inspiration sources like videos, movies, flashes
  
• Share ideas for scenes, design
  
• Share knowledge of programs to make this and experience with video making or anything relevant.
  
• Feel free to post anything relevant, raw and processed. Long posts in spoiler tags.
  
• While processing make sure not to overwrite the raw material.
  
• We'll keep it in .AVI for video and .mp3 for Audio.
  

Free software
Here's a list of programs that are free and works great. I'll update this list if anybody suggest other software.

• VirtualDub An open source video editor. It's bullsheit-free, but that might make it a bit complicated.
  
• Audacity An audio editor of the same sort as Vdub. To export .mp3 files you'll need LAME (Download)
